1. ÉCOUTE ~ (Listening Task)

• “Le printemps” vocabulaire (SPRING words to know) 
• chanson link - Le printemps, by Matt Maxwell (SPRING song)  
• Listen closely for some of this week’s vocabulary words!

2. ÉCRIT ~ (Writing TASK): 

• Create 3+ sentences using "C'est un(e) ___."
• Create 3+ sentences using "Ce sont des ___."
• Use your spring vocabulary. 

EXAMPLES: C'est un jonquille jaune. / Ce sont des tulipes rouges. / Vois-tu le beau papillon?
This is a yellow daffodil. / These are some red tulips. / Do you see the beautiful butterfly?

REMINDERS

• Continue to practice how to write complete sentences.
• Try asking questions using last week's model > "Vois-tu..? J'aimes-tu..?
• "le" = 'the' ~ AND ~ "un" = 'a' (le papillon OR un papillon) masculin
• "la" = 'the' ~ AND ~ "une" = 'a' (la tulipe OR une tulipe) feminin
• Add "e" to the adjectives (describing words; colours,etc.) when used with a "la" word
• Add "s" to the adjectives (describing words; colours,etc.) when used with plural words

   3. Activité ORALE ~ (Oral Task):
Have a puppet talk ~ use these verbs in a complete sentence.

• Je suis (I am), Je vois (I see) Je joue (I play)
•    Je vais (I go) Je porte (I wear) Je veux (I want)
• J'ai (I have) J'aime (I like) Je peux (I can)

EXAMPLES: Je joue sur la pelouse. / J’ai deux fleurs. / Je vois un oeuf dans le nid.                              I play on the lawn.                /       I have two flowers.             /           I see an egg in the nest.

• Please continue daily oral practice of your BASIC words & phrases
• Review videos and REPEAT words  
• Review the question words or body parts and/or days of the week &   weather phrases.

   4. ÉCOUTE (Listening) et LECTURE (Reading Task)
~ Each day listen to, then read along with 1+ of these stories:

• Apprendre les saisons avec Pinpin et Lili
• Le PRINTEMPS ~ histoire
• Introduction to "Billy le chien" (another story)
• Please try to read: LE PRINTEMPS - in Google Slides (spring vocabulary)

• Work on Duolingo for 5+ minutes
